CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We face 7 Days Replacement Guarantee with accepting intact box or packet for physical products sold under Kingly.com.bd

=>  Replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after receiving the delivery.

=>  Refund is only valid to the canceled order items because of product unavailability.

REQUIREMENT FOR A VALID RETURN:

=>  Proof of purchase (order number, invoice and packaging box)

=>  Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met {check out below}

VALID CONDITIONS AND REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM (General):

=>  Delivery of mistaken product

=>  Delivery of defective product

=>  Delivery of the products with missing parts

=>  Wrong content on the website

THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED:

=>  Underwear,Winter Collections

=>  Skincare, Cosmetics & Perfumes

CANCELLATION & REFUND DUE TO PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY:

   => Delivery of the ordered items is matter of availability of the products at our Merchant’s warehouse/store. Kingly authority may cancel any order within 5 to 30 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable.

=> If the customer agrees to wait for the availability of the stock of the product(s), the order may remain in pending/processing/hold status for a maximum of 30 days.

=> In the a case of clause (1), if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund, if not received any cash back, within 1-10 working days. Received Cash back amount will be adjusted with the refund amount.

=> If the refund amount is below Tk 3000, the refund amount will be disbursed through bKash/rocket and Mobile Wallet account of the customer.

=> If the refund amount is below Tk 200, the refund amount will be disbursed as mobile top-up/recharge to the customer.

=> After confirming any Order, if the order is cancelled by the customer and an online payment is already made by the customer against that order, kingly.com.bd will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount and delivery charge.

=> Advance payment is required for the delivery of certain Merchants’ products. We may cancel any order if the advance payment is not made by the customer for such orders.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

=>  Damages due to misuse of the product

=>  Incidental damage due to broken of product

=>   Any fresh item which has been used or installed

=>  Innerwear, socks and clothing freebies

=>  Products with tampered or missing serial

=>  Any scratch/fault which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

=>  Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items formerly included with the products delivered.

Kingly Offers:

Kingly.com.bd is not legally responsible or bound to provide any other vendors/merchants/sellers offer at any other places/websites without Kingly.com.bd. You can just request or try to find data about the offers given/acknowledged by Kingly.com.bd. Customers cannot claim to withdraw any kind of cashback by any other form as like by cash, bkash or bank without Kingly balance

If cancelled order by customer within 24 hours, 10% advance will be refundable after deducting charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount and delivery charge, otherwise will not be refundable and this condition only applicable on Smartphone.

N.B: Replacement of the product is subject to availability of the same on Kingly.com.bd.
